Nameserver Issue For Domains Under *awedns.com - UPDATE

ATTENTION:  Domains using *.awedns.com as the nameservers

Please be informed that there is an issue with our DNS that under *.awedns.com. Currently those that affected will experiencing their domains that unable to resolve.

 

Our system admin is now working on bringing back the service.

Currently the DNS issue has back to normal. The reason of the issue was due to DDOS attack to one of the DNS Cluster that causing majority of the DNS records unable to resolved properly.
 
In the meantime, our network team is still monitoring on any incoming attack.

Schedule Network Maintenance for MYC Datacenter Network

Please be informed that our Upstream Provider will be conducting Scheduled Network Maintenance in MYC Datacenter Network.
 
The maintenance details are as follows:
 
Maintenance Date/Day:  3rd – 4th May 2019 (Friday - Saturday)
Maintenance Time:  23:59 pm - 01:00 am (GMT +800)
Maintenance Downtime: 20 minutes
 
The purpose of the maintenance is to perform network upgrade. You might be facing downtime for 20 minutes during the maintenance period.
 
The local route might be facing intermittent connection and high latency during the maintenance period.
 
We will provide another update once this scheduled maintenance is completed.

New replacement storage server will be deployed and this process requires at least 3 weeks to have a backup for the servers.
