Dear Valued Customers,
 
Finally, we have recovered all hosting webfiles from earlier restore point. The data in restore point found to be equally corrupted which prevented us from reinstating your data earlier.
 
After continous repair and recovery, we manage to extract the data out. At the moment, around 35% of account been fully restored.
 
Balance 65% have their account configuration restored and we are in process of syncing the webfiles and email content.
 
You shall receive final notice once this process completed.
 
We are currently repairing the restored image. For the time being, you can continue to host in temporary server.

Urgent Power Maintenance - 15th-16th May 2021

ATTENTION: All affected Dedicated Server and Colocation Server Administrators/Owners

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that AIMS Data Centre Maintenance Team will be conducting an Urgent Power Maintenance in our Data Centre.

AIMS Data Centre reported that there are faulty internal components for IP-Bus-3 where our Data Centre power source B connect currently. The Data Centre rack power source B must be shut down in order for AIMS to perform component replacement.

The purpose of this maintenance is to migrate customer server power source from source B to source A as source B will be shut down.

This power maintenance will be conduct in 2 major phase where first we will migrate your server power source on the stated date and time. Once the repair done, we will migrate back your power source to the original source and this 2nd phase will be plan and inform earlier. For the first phase, it will involve multiple time frame to avoid major issue.

This maintenance will not affect all of our customers. Only those who received the notification via E-mail will be affected by this maintenance.

The maintenance details are as follows:

Maintenance Date: 15th-16th May 2021
Maintenance Time: 9:00PM – 04:00AM (GMT +8)
Maintenance Downtime: 10:00PM (GMT +8)
Maintenance Downtime Period: 30 minutes
Maintenance Window: 7 hours

Your server will be shut down during the maintenance period as it will involve works on our rack power.

Please shut down your server an hour before maintenance to avoid any force shut down by us which lead to possible server hardware faulty or operating system failure.

We also strongly advise all customers to stop any activity as the connection will be interrupted during maintenance which will result data loss or core file corruption.

There is new Firmware for Switches that needs urgent upgrade with new switches. This can eventually degrade the switches performance if not applied accordingly.
