Shinjiru Cloud Urgent Maintenance on VM Storage Services

Please be informed that Shinjiru Cloud will be undergoing Urgent Maintenance on its VM Storage Services.
During maintenance customers will not be able to access to VM in our cloud services.

Maintenance Date/Day: 1st October 2021 (Friday)
Maintenance Time: 8.00 (PM) GMT+8
Maintenance Duration: 24 Hours

We apologize for the short notice; however, we identified the storage hardware in our cluster setup beginning to deter that leading up to sluggish server performance and possible data loss may follow if no immediate action is taken.
With multiple servers connected to this cluster, we must apply these mission-critical fix for at our earliest opportunity.
This maintenance will cause intermittent interruption of VM services. Rest assured that we will take every possible step to speed up the whole process.
The expected maintenance window is 24 hours; though, each account should only see downtime while it is being worked on.
Regardless, we recommend that customers avoid amending or upgrading anything in your account during this maintenance window to avoid any potential data loss issues. There will be no changes in IP Address.
