HOW TO: Update Registered Email Address [.MY Domain]

If your registered email is inactive/invalid/changed, please contact Shinjiru Domreg Team to assist accordingly. You are required to provide some details.

Domreg Team will provide Application Form to Change Email Address, which you need to print it with company letterhead, duly sign by person-in-charge and stamp with company chop. Kindly return completed form to Domreg Team for them to followup it with Mynic.

Kindly take note that Mynic will perform call verification to registered phone number to ensure the application is valid before they take action. This application process may take up to 3 working days to complete.
